Dr. Philip Tomlinson MD - Lead Physician

Dr. Philip Tomlinson trained in Medicine (Southampton, 2005) and General Practice (RCGP, 2011) in the UK. He worked across various sites on the South of England for 5 years, then as an NHS GP partner in Bournemouth (England) for 8 years before pursuing his CFPC (College of Family Physicians of Canada) career here in Toronto. Dr. Tomlinson enjoys helping patients navigate their healthcare options at every stage of life. Particular interests include preventative care and diabetes management.
In his spare time he enjoys good films, tennis, skiing, occasional physical exercise and has recently discovered a love for riding rollercoasters with his wife, 2 daughters and whoever else will join them!
Svetlana Kamzolova MNcS (Hons), PHCNP -Nurse Practitioner

Svetlana Kamzolova is a Canadian educated Nurse Practitioner who completed her Bachelors and Masters Degrees (both with Honours) at York University in 2008 and 2012, and her Nurse Practitioner Certification at D’Youville College Buffalo in 2019.
Svetlana is a life-long learner, pursuing new goals throughout her professional career. Prior to nursing, she was teaching high school students in Latvia, holding a Bachelors Degree in Russian Language and Literature. She has practiced nursing in various settings of Canadian healthcare: mental health, long-term care, acute care hospitals and Community Home Care in both, registered nurse and nursing manager roles. As a Nurse Practitioner, Svetlana gained her experience in primary care and most recently, successfully practicing at Belleville General Hospital as the most responsible provider at 24-bed Transitional Care Unit.
Outside of work, Svetlana is a proud mother of two successful daughters, an enthusiastic member of the cycling club, an avid traveller and a promoter of a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. ajay chanana MD - Co-lead Physician

Dr Ajay Chanana graduated from King's College London in the UK in 2004 (MBBS) and has been a practising Family Medicine doctor since qualifying with the UK Royal College of General Practitioners in 2010 (MRCGP). He has also completed British residency programs in Emergency Medicine (MCEM), and Anaesthesia & Intensive Care (MRCA). Since 2007 he has worked as an International Flight Doctor retrieving sick patients safely from all corners of the globe, as well as a Cruise Ship Physician caring for thousands of passengers and crew aboard vessels in international waters. He immigrated to Canada in 2019 to enjoy the famously warm and welcoming nature of our nation and its people. He specialises in patient-centered care and takes a holistic approach to pathology, as well as sharing his extensive experience in fitness and nutrition.
Nisha Goel PHCNP - Nurse Practitioner

Nisha Goel is a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who completed her Master of Science in Nursing at McMaster University in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Toronto (2016) and a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology from the University of Waterloo (2011). She brings several years of experience as a Registered Nurse in primary care, where she developed a strong foundation in community-based care.
She has a special interest in health promotion and disease prevention, with a focus on diabetes management. She is passionate about empowering patients by helping them understand their health and make informed decisions through education, collaboration, and compassionate care.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, jogging, attending live music events, and playing piano in her spare time.
Dr. Anbu Sivapitchai MD - Associate Physician

Dr. Anbu Sivapitchai has completed training in Family Medicine (MRCGP) in the UK. He is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Ontario. Dr. Sivapitchai invests his time advocating, supporting and educating his patients. He encourages wellness through an active patient centred approach. Special interests in musculoskeletal medicine and diabetes.
Aside from general practice, he enjoys outdoor photography, hiking and is an avid traveler.
Dr. Sasha-An Richards MD - Associate Physician

Dr. Sasha-An Richards obtained her medical degree (MBBS) in 2014, from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica. She spent 5 years working in hospitals and clinics across Jamaica, British Virgin Islands and the United Kingdom (UK). In 2019, Dr. Richards switched to Family Medicine registering with the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP)-UK and worked in primary healthcare as a General Practitioner within London, UK. She then relocated to Toronto to continue her compassionate and dignified approach to holistic, patient centred care as a Family Physician and is registered with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, traveling to different countries and experiencing different cultures, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
Dr. Sandeep Dhaliwal MD - Associate Physician

Dr. Sandeep Dhaliwal completed her family medicine training in the UK (MRCGP) and is certified by the CFPC and CPSO. She uses her expert knowledge to continuously provide effective and comprehensive care for her patients (individuals and families).
In 2010, she completed a PG Dip. in Gerontology at La Trobe University Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Dhaliwal has a special interest in caring for the elderly population, managing their complex medical conditions and helping them to maintain both their independence and quality of life. She believes in a holistic approach to patient care, considering not only their physical health but their emotional and social needs also.
Outside of work, Dr. Dhaliwal enjoys spending time with her young family and traveling.
Dr. olutola oladele MD - Associate Physician

Dr Oladele is a UK trained Family Physician, holding both MRCGP and CFPC certifications.
She spent well over 5 years practising in specialities such as Geriatrics and Neurorehabilitation in various clinical settings in England prior to starting GP training (Family medicine) in 2021 . Her strong background in caring for older adults as well as her varied experience in Family medicine has shaped her compassionate, patient-centered and holistic approach to the care of her patients.
Outside of her clinical practice, she enjoys spending time in nature, travelling and discovering new cultures.
Dr. Ceri pritchard MD - Associate Physician

Dr. Ceri Pritchard graduated from medical school at the University of Newcastle, United Kingdom. She went on to do her Family Medicine MRCGP training in London, qualifying in 2014. Dr. Pritchard also holds a postgraduate Diploma of Child Health (DCH) and has an interest in paediatric care.
She has a passion for international medicine having previously worked in a South Africa hospital as well as volunteering in Peru, Sierra Leone and Greece.
Outside of work her passion for travel continues; having now visited over 90 countries. She also loves watching her football team, Everton Football Club.
Dr. James Wood MD - Associate Physican

Dr. James Wood is a UK-trained family physician who graduated from the University of Manchester in 2013. Since then he has practised in the UK and Australia, across many specialities from emergency care, to paediatrics to otolaryngology. He particularly enjoys the variety of patients he sees within family medicine. He prides himself on holistic, patient-centred care.
Outside of medicine he is a passionate cyclist and spends most of his time exploring with his young family.
Dr. Sudhir Ganta MD - Associate Physician

Dr. Sudhir Paul Ganta is a UK Trained (RCGP) Family Physician. He is certified by the CFPC and the CPSO. He completed his Medical degree (MBBS) in 2012 and MD Anaesthesia in 2017. He worked 3 years in critical care before starting GP Training (MRCGP) in Manchester. He has experience in various specialities; Paediatrics, Geriatrics, Palliative care, Women’s Health and Psychiatry. Special interests include Dermatology and lifestyle medicine. He is empathetic and believes in holistic care, building good and lasting relationships with families, delivering personalised and attentive care that reflects each patients unique needs and circumstances.
Dr. Ganta enjoys spending time with his young family and loves playing badminton and cricket. He follows football and is a fan of Manchester City FC.
Dr. Lydia Kinton MD - Associate Physician

Dr. Lydia Kinton graduated form Manchester Medical School in 2013 and specialises in patient-focused holistic and lifestyle medicine, prioritizing your over-all wellbeing. As a mother of two young children, she understands the importance of balance and health in family life. She looks forward to supporting you on your journey to better health.
When she's not in clinic, Dr. Kinton enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her family.
Dr. Nicholas Chrobok MD - Associate Physician

Dr. Nicholas Chrobok completed his undergraduate training in Biomedical Sciences at York University, where he was awarded the prestigious Governor General’s Medal for academic excellence. He went on to complete both his Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Family Medicine residency training (CCFP) at the University of Toronto. During this time, he was recognized with the Clinical Excellence Award for his exceptional skill, compassion, and sensitivity in patient care.
Throughout his training, Dr. Chrobok was actively involved in medical education, teaching and mentoring junior medical learners in a wide range of settings, including clinics, hospital wards, interactive workshops, and small-group case-based learning sessions. His passion for teaching extends beyond the academic setting to the patients and families he cares for, where he prioritizes clear communication, patient education, and shared decision-making.
Dr. Chrobok’s clinical interests include comprehensive primary care across all ages, preventive health, and chronic disease management. He is committed to building long-term relationships with patients and their families, with a focus on holistic, patient-centered care.
When he’s not in the clinic, Dr. Chrobok enjoys unwinding with a good film and discovering new places through travel, both locally and abroad. He also has keen interests in technology and keeping up with the latest innovations in artificial intelligence.
