booking an appointment with your family doctor
To arrange an appointment:
Routine appointments: Click here for Online booking it is the easiest way to book a routine appointment. Select your family doctor, time & date and please state under ‘Reason for Visit’ everything you would like discussed during the consultation.
Urgent In-Hours: Phone the office on 437-826-3005, we aim to address clinically urgent issues on the day.
Urgent After Hours Clinics: if you require urgent medical attention outside of clinic open hours that cannot wait until the next available routine appointment do call the clinic on 437-826-3005. These clinics run Mon-Thur 5-8pm and a there will be a 3-hour clinic on Saturday or Sunday morning. We aim to publish a calendar of availability here ASAP. Please note that doctors will only be able to address one issue per consult as this is for urgent on the day matters only.
Please ensure we hold details of a valid healthcard number to prevent unexpected fees.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booked appointment: please email or call the clinic, with more than 24 hours' notice.
*IF YOU ARRIVE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, OR IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPT WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $60 PENALTY FEE AND REFUSED TO BE SEEN, NOR REBOOK WITH THE CLINIC, UNTIL THE PENALTY FEE IS PAID*
Good to know
Appointments are IN-PERSON unless you are advised otherwise.
You MUST arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to register and test your vitals.
Please wear your own mask if you have a cough/cold/fever or signs of infection.
