Dr. Philip Tomlinson MD - Lead Physician

Dr. Philip Tomlinson trained in Medicine (Southampton, 2005) and General Practice (RCGP, 2011) in the UK. He worked across various sites on the South of England for 5 years, then as an NHS GP partner in Bournemouth (England) for 8 years before pursuing his CFPC (College of Family Physicians of Canada) career here in Toronto. Dr. Tomlinson enjoys helping patients navigate their healthcare options at every stage of life. Particular interests include preventative care and diabetes management.
In his spare time he enjoys good films, tennis, skiing, occasional physical exercise and has recently discovered a love for riding rollercoasters with his wife, 2 daughters and whoever else will join them!

Please note that Dr. Ajay Chanana operates in a collaborative care model with his Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Nisha Goel NP-PHC. She will handle all face-to-face appointments, physical exams, and specialist referrals, while working closely with Dr. Chanana to oversee your overall healthcare.
Dr. olutola oladele MD - Family Physician

Dr Oladele is a UK trained Family Physician, holding both MRCGP and CFPC certifications.
She spent well over 5 years practising in specialities such as Geriatrics and Neurorehabilitation in various clinical settings in England prior to starting GP training (Family medicine) in 2021 . Her strong background in caring for older adults as well as her varied experience in Family medicine has shaped her compassionate, patient-centered and holistic approach to the care of her patients.
Outside of her clinical practice, she enjoys spending time in nature, travelling and discovering new cultures.
Dr. Sasha-An Richards MD - Family Physician

Dr. Sasha-An Richards obtained her medical degree (MBBS) in 2014, from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica. She spent 5 years working in hospitals and clinics across Jamaica, British Virgin Islands and the United Kingdom (UK). In 2019, Dr. Richards switched to Family Medicine registering with the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP)-UK and worked in primary healthcare as a General Practitioner within London, UK. She then relocated to Toronto to continue her compassionate and dignified approach to holistic, patient centred care as a Family Physician and is registered with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, traveling to different countries and experiencing different cultures, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.

Dr. Sandeep Dhaliwal MD - Family Physician

Dr. Sandeep Dhaliwal completed her family medicine training in the UK (MRCGP) and is certified by the CFPC and CPSO. She uses her expert knowledge to continuously provide effective and comprehensive care for her patients (individuals and families).
In 2010, she completed a PG Dip. in Gerontology at La Trobe University Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Dhaliwal has a special interest in caring for the elderly population, managing their complex medical conditions and helping them to maintain both their independence and quality of life. She believes in a holistic approach to patient care, considering not only their physical health but their emotional and social needs also.
Outside of work, Dr. Dhaliwal enjoys spending time with her young family and traveling.
Dr. Anbu Sivapitchai MD - Family Physician

Dr. Anbu Sivapitchai has completed training in Family Medicine (MRCGP) in the UK. He is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Ontario. Dr. Sivapitchai invests his time advocating, supporting and educating his patients. He encourages wellness through an active patient centred approach. Special interests in musculoskeletal medicine and diabetes.
Aside from general practice, he enjoys outdoor photography, hiking and is an avid traveler.
Dr. Ceri pritchard MD - Family Physician

Dr. Ceri Pritchard graduated from medical school at the University of Newcastle, United Kingdom. She went on to do her Family Medicine MRCGP training in London, qualifying in 2014. Dr. Pritchard also holds a postgraduate Diploma of Child Health (DCH) and has an interest in paediatric care.
She has a passion for international medicine having previously worked in a South Africa hospital as well as volunteering in Peru, Sierra Leone and Greece.
Outside of work her passion for travel continues; having now visited over 90 countries. She also loves watching her football team, Everton Football Club.
Dr. Christianne guillotte MD - Family Physician

Dr. Christianne Guillotte is a UK-trained family physician with a special interest in Women’s Health. She graduated from Newcastle University in 2018 then went on to complete her General Practice training in South London as well as a Diploma in Sexual and Reproductive Health (DCSRH). She has worked across various clinical specialties including emergency medicine, geriatrics, psychiatry, and sexual health. She prides herself on providing patient-centred holistic care.
Outside of work, Dr. Guillotte enjoys spending time with her young family, exploring the outdoors, and practicing yoga.
Dr. James Wood MD - Family Physician

Dr. James Wood is a UK-trained family physician who graduated from the University of Manchester in 2013. Since then he has practised in the UK and Australia, across many specialities from emergency care, to paediatrics to otolaryngology. He particularly enjoys the variety of patients he sees within family medicine. He prides himself on holistic, patient-centred care.
Outside of medicine he is a passionate cyclist and spends most of his time exploring with his young family.
Dr. Sudhir Ganta MD - Family Physician

Dr. Sudhir Paul Ganta is a UK-trained (RCGP) family physician, certified by the CFPC and CPSO. He earned his medical degree (MBBS) in 2012 and went on to complete an MD in Anaesthesia in 2017, graduating as a university-level gold medallist. After three years in critical care, he pursued GP training (MRCGP) in Manchester. His broad clinical experience spans paediatrics, geriatrics, palliative care, women’s health, and psychiatry.
Dr. Ganta has special interests in dermatology, lifestyle medicine and mental health/ADHD management. He is committed to holistic, patient-centered care, building lasting relationships with families and tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs and circumstances. He is available to see patients five days a week.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Ganta enjoys spending time with his young family. He is an avid sports enthusiast who plays badminton and cricket, and he proudly follows football as a Manchester City FC supporter.

Dr. Nicholas Chrobok MD - Family Physician

Dr. Nicholas Chrobok completed his undergraduate training in Biomedical Sciences at York University, where he was awarded the prestigious Governor General’s Medal for academic excellence. He went on to complete his Doctor of Medicine (MD) at the University of Toronto, and Family Medicine residency training (CCFP) at Women’s College Hospital. During this time, he was recognized with the Clinical Excellence Award for his exceptional skill, compassion, and sensitivity in patient care.
Throughout his training, Dr. Chrobok was actively involved in medical education, teaching and mentoring junior medical learners in a wide range of settings, including clinics, hospital wards, interactive workshops, and small-group case-based learning sessions. His passion for teaching extends beyond the academic setting to the patients and families he cares for, where he prioritizes clear communication, patient education, and shared decision-making.
Dr. Chrobok’s clinical interests include comprehensive primary care across all ages, preventive health, and chronic disease management. He is committed to building long-term relationships with patients and their families, with a focus on holistic, patient-centered care.
When he’s not in the clinic, Dr. Chrobok enjoys unwinding with a good film and discovering new places through travel, both locally and abroad. He also has keen interests in technology and keeping up with the latest innovations in artificial intelligence.
